For the past few years we have enjoyed the wonderful financial support of The Dogs Trust for the neutering/spaying of all our dogs at the Sanctuary, the Mayflower Sanctuary pays for the spaying/neutering of it's cats.   From the 1st of January 2008 this support will cease, even national charities have limited funds available to help small and needy charities such as ourselves who are trying to make a difference to the lives of these poor unfortunate anmals.  What this means to the Mayflower Sanctuary is the momentous task of having to find an extra £18,000 a year.  If this task cannot be achieved the the future looks very bleak for the animals we had hoped to help.  The Mayflower Sanctuary as it is now, will cease to exist.
Please, please help us by donating whatever you can, no amount is too small.  If you cannot help us financially perhaps you could help organise fundraising events, volunteer at the Sanctuary, any professional people out there, accountants, solicitors etc, would you give of your time freely to help us keep the running costs down for the Sanctuary?
